Highlands Ranch dentists Dr. James DeLapp and Dr. H. Candace DeLapp are both graduates from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine 1982 and 1992 respectively. In 2008 they were honored to be selected "Alumni of the Year" by the Dental School. Both doctors volunteer over 70 hour a month to various non-profit enterprises some professional and others community. Each has served as President of the Dental School Alumni Association. As part-time "Clinical Instructors" at the Dental school they strive to "practice what they teach" and are life-long learners taking well over 100 hours of continuing education each year.
